Rivers State Assembly Crisis Worsens As Emergency Factional Speaker Emerges

 A factional Speaker, Victor Oko Jumbo, representing Bonny Constituency, has emerged in the Rivers Assembly as the factional speaker in a new twist to the crisis rocking the State. He was elected by lawmakers loyal to Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
