Borno State Police Command has arrested eight suspects in reference to the homicide of Dr. Kamar Abdulkadir, a lecturer with the College of Maiduguri (UNIMAID).
LIB reported that Dr. Kamal was brutally murdered by unknown individuals in his workplace on the college on Sunday, March 31, 2024.
Spokesman of the command, ASP Daso Kenneth, disclosed the arrest to journalists on Monday in Maiduguri.
He stated upon receiving the small print of the incident, their males swung into motion instantly and arrested eight suspects in reference to the homicide.
“The command has obtained a misery name on the homicide of Dr. Kamal, it was confirmed that he was murdered in his workplace and his automotive received stolen by the killers,” the PPRO stated.
“Eight individuals had been up to now arrested and they’re present process investigation to unravel these behind the act,” he added.
The spokesperson referred to as for calm, including that the command was on prime of the scenario.
