Males of the Kaduna state police command have arrested a bike snatcher after the daddy of the suspect reported the incident to the police.
Disclosing this to newsmen, the spokesperson of the state police command, Mansir Hassan, mentioned the daddy of the suspect visited the police on March 29 and reported that he noticed his son, Sani Nafiu, with a bike suspected to have been stolen from Abuja.
The police spokesperson mentioned on receipt of the data, officers arrested the suspect at Tijjani Kaya quarters in Giwa Native Authorities Space. Mansir mentioned police investigation revealed that the suspect stabbed the sufferer, Shamsu Jamilu of Danja, aged 28, at Kuje Space Council after which stole the bike.
Mansir added that an investigation was ongoing and after completion, he can be charged to courtroom for prosecution.
